Junk Trunk Services is a small, family-run junk removal business in Cornwall, NY. We collect only what we need to give you a quote and do the job — nothing more. Here's the plain-language version of how that works. Last updated July 6, 2026.

What we collect

When you fill out the quote form on our contact page, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address (if you share it), your town, a description of what you need hauled, any photos you attach, how you'd like us to reach you, and your timeframe. If you text, call, or email us directly, we keep that correspondence too.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare your quote, schedule and perform your job, and communicate with you about your service — things like confirming your appointment, letting you know we're on the way, and following up afterward. That's it. We don't use it for anything unrelated to your junk removal service.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We don't rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers. The only people who see it are the people doing your job. We use trusted service providers to run our website and forms (our site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf) — they store your submission so we can read it, and nothing more.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging

If you check the box on our quote form asking for text updates, we'll text you your quote and scheduling details from Junk Trunk Services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can text HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time — opting out never affects your quote or your service. Your text messaging opt-in and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records only as long as we need them to run the business — to honor quotes, answer follow-up questions, and keep basic records. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask and we'll remove it.
